Today, Im a Captain on the 737 for United Airlines and Ive been at United for 5 years. Ive also been on the pilot hiring and recruiting team for over 2 years now.

I was 8 years old when I decided to become an airline pilot. This was me when I was 9 years old teaching myself how to think and be like an airline pilot on a flight simulator in 2004. This picture completely illustrates my deep passion to be a pilot
After starting my legacy career as an Airbus A320 First Officer, I trasitioned to the 757 and 767 as a First officer where I accrued over 100 atlantic crossings and 40 roundtrips to Sao Paulo, Brazil.
My Professional Airline career began when I was 21 in 2016 at PSA Airlines. I flew the CRJ, becoming a First officer, Recruiter, interviewer and Line check Pilot in my 5 years there.
When I started at United Airlines I was an A320 First Officer for over a year, accruing 800 hours on the airframe before transitioning to the 757/767 fleet and being introduced to global flying.

About My company

I created the YouTube Pilot Pulse Channel and Aviator Consulting to help pilots at all stages of their journey navigate the aviation industry with clarity and confidence. I’ve spent over a decade in this field—from learning to fly at a small Part 61 flight school to becoming a First Officer on the Boeing 767 and 757 for a major U.S. airline.

My aviation story started like many others—earning my private pilot certificate at a local flight school before enrolling in a collegiate flight program to complete my ratings and degree. From there, I worked as a flight instructor, building hours and mentoring students who were chasing the same dream I was.

I’ve since flown thousands of hours at both regional and major airlines, served as a Line Check Pilot, and taken on leadership roles as a recruiter, Aviate mentor, and pilot interviewer at both the regionals and now at my Legacy carrier. I’ve had a front-row seat to the hiring process and understand what airlines are looking for—not just in logbooks, but in mindset and professionalism.

I started this consulting service because I believe there’s a real need for practical, honest guidance in our industry.
